1953二版人民币叁圆 PMG Choice Unc 64 CHINA--PEOPLES REPUBLIC. Peoples Bank of China. 3 Yuan, 1953. P-868. PMG Choice Uncirculated 64. This Three Yuan denomination is highly scarce in any state and particularly so in these near Gem grades. Terrific color and detail are both seen and nice embossing of the serial numbers remain. PMG comments "Toning" which seems to be a common theme among these as we can only recall 1 instance almost a decade ago where we sold an EPQ example in uncirculated condition.
